LINCOLN, Ill. (WCIA) — A crash on I-55 near Lincoln shut down part of the interstate on Sunday night.
Illinois State Police took to Facebook to let drivers know to avoid the area. The crash happened northbound on I-55 near milepost 124 and traffic is being rerouted at milepost 123 through Lincoln.
State Police ask that motorists use a different route at this time. They also ask that drivers use caution and travel with care.
