“I absolutely loathe pineapple on a pizza,” he said.

Head chef Quin Jianoran isn’t any more forgiving. “I love a piña colada, but pineapple on pizza? Never. I’d rather put a bloody strawberry on one than that tropical menace.”

The menu even mocks the idea, with the €115 price tag accompanied by a cheeky description:
“Yeah, for €115 you can have it. Order the champagne too! Go on, you monster!”

It’s clear the price is more of a joke than a serious offer, but it’s sparked plenty of chatter about whether pineapple really belongs on a pizza.

Pineapple on Pizza: The topping that divides opinions
