The future of Fenton-High Ridge is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like John Haines, who are making a positive impact in and around Fenton-High Ridge.
John is a 2024 graduate of Lutheran High School South in St. Louis who has distinguished himself through his dedication to service, leadership, and faith. As a member of Fenton Troop 780, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout during his senior year, following in the footsteps of his family members as a third-generation Eagle Scout. For his service project, John built a gaga pit for his alma mater, Our Savior Lutheran School, creating a lasting contribution for future students to enjoy.
John’s commitment to serving others was also recognized through his school’s prestigious Christo Servus (You Serve Christ) Award, which he earned as one of three recipients for the 2023-2024 school year. This award honors students who positively influence the spiritual atmosphere at Lutheran South, contribute to the well-being of others, and exemplify care, character, and a Christ-centered attitude.
John’s involvement in school and community activities reflects his deep dedication to making a meaningful impact. His work at school, in his church, and in the community reflects a steadfast commitment to living out his values and inspiring others to do the same.
Congratulations, John Haines!
