Does Anyone Else Have Issues With Notifcations on the New iPhones Regarding Calls?

I have an iphone 15pro. I put my phone on silent since I do not want to hear every ring and noise, but that always leads me to missed calls. I got repimanded at work cuz of it. The vibration is so weak I cannot hear it. I never had an issue with the older iPhone versions before. Has anyone had this issue?
