The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) OPP has located the body of the missing person who was last seen in Eganville.
On October 18, police had begun investigating after a person was reported missing from Orillia.
On October 22, his body was found in the Bonnechere River after 3 days of searching.
Foul play is not suspected at this time.
The investigation by the UOV OPP Detachment is ongoing and is being conducted with assistance from OPP’s Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit, OPP Aviation Services Unit, Underwater Search and Recovery Unit (USRU), and the Renfrew County Crime Unit.
As well as in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner.
