In Disney Dreamlight Valley, you have the freedom to decorate various biomes as you please. Each villager you encounter provides a fresh chance to design a home or environment inspired by them. However, you might eventually find yourself limited by space.
Fortunately, the Storybook Vale unveils vast biomes that you can explore, bringing you closer to uncovering the mystery of Princess Aurora following the clash between Maleficent and Hades. We’re here to guide you to your next Mythic Trial in Mythopia, helping you finish it and make your way to Mount Olympus alongside the Underworld’s Lord.
Locating the Fiery Plains Mythic Trial
To locate the Trial site, you first need to unlock the western part of Mythopia: the Fiery Plains. Unlocking this area requires 5,000 Story Magic, so make sure to complete your tasks and gather rewards to have enough to expand Hades’ territory.
Once you’re in, climb the hill beyond the river to find the Trial site, which is currently blocked by blue and green flames. Take a photo of these flames and bring it to Hades.
He will explain that the flames started after an argument with Maleficent, but he’s unsure how to extinguish them. However, the Lorekeeper might have some insights!
Reordering the Aurora and the Sacred Spring Story
When you speak with the Lorekeeper, you’ll discover that you must collect the right Snippets to restore the tale of the Sacred Spring. Doing this will allow you to upgrade your watering can and put out the fires.
Gather the following Snippets:
- Ten Red Bird Snippets from the Library of Lore.
- Five Pink Demon Snippets from Mythopia.
- Two Blue Demon Snippets from the Fiery Plains.
Once you’ve collected all the Snippets, return to the Lorekeeper to unlock the story titled ‘Aurora and the Sacred Spring.’ With the puzzle before you, start by assembling the corners, then the border, and finally fill in the inner sections.
With the story restored, you can seek out the Sacred Spring based on the image!
Making the Watering Can Potion
Referencing the image from the story, head to the Elysian Fields and look near the pond for the thick green bramble. Interact with it to have it recede and uncover the Sacred Spring.
Collect a vial of water from the offerings at the spring, then return to Hades. He’ll provide instructions for crafting the potion, which requires:
- A vial of Sacred Water
- Three Magma
- Five Crimson Eternal Poppies
- Two Hippocampus Fish
After you create the potion, consume it and head back into the Fiery Plains. Use your Royal Watering Can to extinguish the flames, then grab your net to activate the spinning wheel and access the Fiery Plains Mythic Trial!
