WWE has portrayed some of the most talked about heel turns in the history of pro wrestling lately. From Drew McIntyre turning heel and eventually having his incredible story with CM Punk, to the New Day shocking the world after abandoning Big E on RAW last week, the WWE product has been quite attractive recently.
An interesting note that has left everyone surprised is the puzzling involvement of a particular name in each story. 39-year-old Karrion Kross has been a massive piece in the puzzle, and every star he has interacted with in the past few months has seemingly turned, changing their character and ending up being a massive heel.
Addressing the massive implications of his involvement of late, the former NXT Champion broke his silence with a post on X. Sending a five-word message to the entire WWE roster and the fans, Kross added an interesting GIF that stated “I’ve said I’ll do what is right,” leaving the fans surprised.
“Welcome to the new timeline,” wrote Kross, with the gif below.
What’s next for Drew McIntyre following his return?
Drew McIntyre marked a massive return this week, unleashing an attack on Sami Zayn. The Scottish Warrior lost the final match of his trilogy with CM Punk at Bad Blood and marked his first appearance since then on the December 2 edition of WWE RAW.
While McIntyre’s next steps are uncertain, it seems like he is going after everyone who has helped Roman Reigns in The Bloodline story recently. Though it has not been revealed yet, the former WWE Champion being the guilty party behind the backstage attack on Jey Uso could also be a possibility.
With Seth Rollins also possibly having similar issues with the stars who teamed up with Roman Reigns lately, Drew McIntyre aligning with The Visionary to take everyone down would be a treat to watch. Time will tell what WWE has in store for McIntyre next.
