Christopher M. Blodgett, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 on an arson charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. He has active arson, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and theft by deception charges making their way through superior court. Blodgett was convicted of theft by deception in July 2023 and the case was reopened on Oct. 1 to impose the suspended sentence. A status conference will be held on Jan. 30, 2025.
Evan T. Leary, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on Nov. 13 on a warrant after an incident or investigation on Federal Street. He failed to appear at a dispositional conference on Nov. 6 on contempt, drug possession, and other charges out of Manchester from July and at a dispositional conference on Nov. 12 on a burglary charge out of Manchester from October 2023. Leary was accused of burglary and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges in October 2023, but the charges were dismissed after a motion to extend the indictment deadline in May.
Bruce Andrew Hauser, born 1972, of Weare, was arrested prior to requisition at 12:22 p.m. on Nov. 13 after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.
Glenn Alan Chrzan, born 1959, of Concord, received a summons at 9:50 a.m. on Nov. 13 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.
