Guys I am watching football everyday and sometimes I don't understand how ball can do such curve like Son's goal from Tottenhams recent game. What else on my mind is PSG vs Dortmund game that happened in UCL some time ago, hitting post that many times? Must be unlucky I guess?
I've learned that smart ball uses MEMS technology(+GPS ? ) which consists of gyroscopes and sensors so basically VAR room can see ball position, curve, speed and every other thing in real time???
I am wondering if they have Acutators or something else inside of the ball alongside current publicly disclossed techology that they have to control ball curve to favour teams like Tottenham or some other. I have learned that using MEMS with gyroscopes and acutators or any other equipment theoretically could give you perfect ball control and even more precise than you have when you are playing a video game.
I also learned that VAR, goal line technology and other tech were used even before they were publicly disclosed, so what stops them from doing this?
Could VAR room control this Adidas ball however they want? Make shoot go off target or bounce to not hit on target? Change ball speed even if the player does powerful shoot?
After I saw such controversy in Barcelona game where goal was denied for them against Sociedad, I learned that they secretly can edit 3D image now I wonder if Adidas ball is exploited to hit the post / crossbar all the time to get fans reactions and to make match more thrilling and crazy and since control of the ball is full – most importantly match result could be altered to get more revenue from gambling companies if you were to have contract with them, you can alter result to favour them, am I wrong?
I'd like to hear your opinions
