POCO is set to launch its latest mid-range smartphones POCO X7 series, with the POCO X7 and POCO X7 Pro, on January 9, 2025, in India. There will be a 5,110 mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging.

What to Expect from POCO X7 Pro:
The POCO X7 Pro is identical to the standard model in size and refresh rate, however, it boasts of its peak brightness of up to 3,200 nits and 2,560Hz touch sampling. It will use the just announced MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra chipset, so it shall be more powerful. On the Pro model, users will find a 50MP main camera with OIS, using Sony’s IMX882 sensor, but this time it will include 4K video shooting at 60fps together with dual OIS + EIS stabilization. For protection, it will be Gorilla Glass 7i.
The ranking for dust and water resistance will remain at IP68. It will be coming with a bigger 6,000 mAh battery that comes with 90W fast wired charging, and this device can take the charge from zero to 100% within about 42 minutes. Coming along with HyperOS 2, the POCO X7 Pro is reported to be a rebranding of the Redmi Turbo 4, with an early January launch set in China.
Availability and Price
In keeping with the latest updates, the POCO X7 will begin from around €225-€230 (~₹19,500-₹20,000) in Europe and INR 21,000-INR 23,000 (~$246-$269) in India. The final price tags and availability will be disclosed at the launch date on January 9, 2025.
