Employer replaces all vacation day benefits with a one-time pay increase of $0.80/hour: ‘This is a “full staff quits on the spot” level of egregiousness’

Here, we have an employee who discovered that at the start of the new year, she and her coworkers will receive a one-time pay increase of $0.80/hour (which, as her husband pointed out, ultimately amounts to just about $1,000 salary increase) as a replacement for all of their once-guaranteed vacation days. As many folks suggested in their reactions, this is absolute bogus!
