Here’s what this past week looked like- My Everyday Life Week 3
This week I blew up my dining room table and processed 2024!
I shared my Currently Workbook for 2024 on my Substack this week.
I like to give myself the whole month of January to process the past year and ease into the new one. Rushing the process is not my thing! It takes time!
Hopefully by the end of this week, I’ll have a clear table.
I also did my first legit meal prep this year!
I like it when I am back in my routine.
Here’s what I made.
A salad with arugula, cilantro rice, pickled onions, walnuts and chicken.
The same thing for lunch but with sweet potatoes.
Chicken Tikka masala.
A Chinese Chicken Salad of sorts!
Orange you glad I didn’t say banana?
