After unveiling the Vision Pro at WWDC23, Apple launched the headset in the US in early February. Since then, the company slowly expanded the AR/VR headset’s availability to more countries, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. The headset is also available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the UK. In mid-November, Apple expanded the Vision Pro’s availability to South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.

Taiwan is the latest country where you can buy the Vision Pro, starting December 7. A two-week pre-order period starts from December 5. You can place your order through Apple’s online store or visit one of the company’s two retail stores in the country. Apple will also allow you to book a 30-minute demo of the Vision Pro once the pre-orders open.

Unlike the iPhone, Mac, or Apple Watch, the Vision Pro is not a mass-market product. This explains its slow international expansion.

ZEISS lens inserts are also available — which magnetically attach to the Vision Pro — if you wear vision-correcting lenses. The presbyopic prescription lenses cost NT$3,290, while the optical magnetic lenses will set you back by NT$4,990. You can also get AppleCare+ coverage for the spatial computing headset for NT$15,900.

The visionOS App Store lists over 2,500 apps and over 250 games on Apple Arcade. Plus, you can use Steam Link to play your iPhone and iPad games on the Vision Pro.
